Cancellation & Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Biya Organics for your organic gardening inputs. To maintain the highest standards of quality, biosecurity, and product integrity for all our customers, we operate under a strict No Returns, No Refunds policy.

Once an order leaves our facility, we cannot verify how the product was stored or handled, and therefore it cannot be restocked or resold.

1. Order Cancellation

Before Dispatch: You can cancel your order for a full refund at any time before it is handed over to our courier partner. Please contact us immediately if you need to cancel.

After Dispatch: Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled, recalled, or refunded.

2. Final Sale Policy

All purchases of Biya Organics fertilizers, soil conditioners, and nutrients are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds for a change of mind, accidental ordering, or if a product does not perform as expected due to varying soil, weather, or plant conditions.

3. Exceptions: Damaged or Incorrect Shipments

We take great care in packaging our products securely, but we understand that transit accidents can happen. We will offer a replacement only under the following conditions:

What Qualifies: The product arrived with severe transit damage (e.g., completely torn packaging with spilled fertilizer, or a punctured liquid bottle) or you received the incorrect item.

Reporting Window: You must report the damage within 48 hours of the delivery time stamped by the courier.

Required Proof: To process a replacement, you must provide a clear photo or a short unboxing video showing the damaged product alongside the visible shipping label.

If your claim is verified, we will dispatch a brand-new replacement product at no additional cost to you.
